In accordance with the AEB Articles of Association, the Comptroller and the Secretary General are the oversight and management bodies.
The Comptroller
The Comptroller , appointed each year by the AEB General Assembly, shall have the specific duty of supervision and oversight over all the accounts, expenses and income of the Association during the financial year for which they are appointed and until the final results are definitively approved by the General Assembly.
Secretary General: Mr. Pedro Pablo Villasante
In accordance with the Articles of the Association, the Secretary General has the duty of assisting the Chairman and the other governing bodies in the exercise of their duties and tasks, as well as directing the practical execution of their resolutions.
All the staff providing professional services for the Association answer hierarchically to the Secretary General of the AEB.
